If you ordered the printed version of our pattern, you can order a replacement for a low charge of $5.00 for shipping and handling.

NOTE: If you are ordering under a different name than the original order, enter the name ordered under in the Name Ordered Under box during the ordering process so we can match it to our pattern file.


If you ordered your pattern delivered in Adobe pdf format, you can download another copy off of our server at no charge. The format for the filename is [firstname][lastname].pdf.

For example: http://customstitch.net/pdf/janedoe.pdf. PDF name must be in lowercase. The names used are the ones used to place the order. We provided a link to this file in your order confirmation sent to you by email.

If you have problems downloading your pattern, contact us, and we will email you a link to the pattern. There is no charge for this service.
